What we collect, and what we do not

Your email address

If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Kit, the service that sends The Proof Slip. Today it is used only to send the newsletter and Exhibit “Ai”, and it is not sold, rented or shared. If that ever changes, we will update this page and tell subscribers before it applies to them.

Opens and clicks

Kit records whether an issue was opened and which links were clicked, as most newsletter services do. We look at those totals to see which issues were useful, not at individuals.

This website

No ads, no tracking scripts and no cookies of our own. The host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site. The free calculator runs in your browser; nothing you enter leaves the page.

Leaving

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted entirely, email hello@proveupai.com.

Your firm’s information

Please do not send us client information. If you reply with your own counts, we use them only with your permission and with your firm’s name removed.
